The commission gathers (at the moment) members from French-speaking Pirate Parties who are chosen by their peers to govern the debates around the text.

In the future it will include associations concerned by the destiny of Internet.

Every delegate is in charge of reporting questions, propositions, suggestions from the territories concerning him (or her).

The text will be regularly updated according to the deliberations of the commission.


The objective is to propose a text both realistic and forward-looking.

We want the Internet of the future to be the ultimate vector of communication and freedom.

For that very purpose we need all the willingnesses to build step by step the opening towards a world of progress.
